10′ wide by 6′ deep – $50
8′ table rental – $10
Chair rental – $3
electric accesses on a shared strip (very limited) – $10

We are looking for quality, variety, are products current and the presentation.
You will be asked about your social media presense and how you will help promote the Gingerbread Cottage and your attendance.

We limit each type of craft to 2-3 vendors and 1 of each direct sale company (approxametly 10% of our booth space). With your application you are required to provide a photo of your booth layout;(yes, even if you’ve been here before),is it just a table? Do you have backdrops? Do you have racks and stands?, up to 3 photos of your products.
Do *NOT* mail items to the school. We are a Booster group. We do not have a mailbox at the school. Email us if you have something to send to us and we will make arrangements if necessary.
The Gingerbread Cottage is a fundraising event for the Westerville South High School Music Boosters. The Music Boosters support the Concert Band, Wind Symphony, Jazz Band & Marching Band.
The craft show is held in the Westerville South Commons and the gym. We have 2 rooms, 100+ crafters and Direct sell vendors! With approximately 1500+ attendees. We have a concession stand, raffles, and a musical performance by a portion of our Concert Band and Jazz Band.
2017: Kristy Barker: Gingerbread Cottage was great! Friendly faces at the door offering to help unload, crowds right as the doors opened, well organized and advertised. Many thanks to the group for their time and effort, greatly appreciated!
2017: Audrea Poff: Sweets by Aud did great at the Gingerbread Cottage!
2017: Dannette Williams: Gingerbread Cottage was a great show! Sold out of several items. So nice to have help unloading the cars. So nice to have lunch delivered to our table. Great Show!
2017: Kaitlin White: Great! Gingerbread Cottage was very well organized. Lots of people! We sold about half of our items and got interest in more orders and one already. We will gladly do it again next year. This was our first year doing it.
2017: Gail Panzone: Nana’s Microwavable Cozi’s did awesome at the Gingerbread Cottage!!! Once again sold out of my product. Great Organization, wonderful volunteers and the kids playing music was the best!!!
2017: Art Dominoes w/ Carol Wallenfeisz: Art Dominoes did great! Second highest day in sales – totally unexpected! The kids were great helpers, all around great show – Kudos to the organizers!
